Want to reach many people at once without losing that personal touch? Wazy’s Broadcast feature helps you send messages to multiple contacts in just a few clicks. It feels like a one-on-one chat, but saves you loads of time.

⚠️ Do not overuse this feature so you do not risk your account being blocked by WhatsApp.

To do so, simply follow the steps below:

1. Hover over the tab that you wish to send a broadcast message to

2. Click on the 3 dots.

   

3. Select Broadcast to tab

   

4. Choose which template to send as a broadcast message

1. Ensure the broadcast toggle is on

1. You can also sort chats into custom tabs and the contacts will be automatically grouped in that tab after sending. (There will be a 10 to 30-second delay in the broadcast as an additional precaution.)

1. You can also attach a file to your template.

• There are two limitations to consider when attaching templates:
  • The file size cannot exceed 20MB.
  • You can attach a maximum of 5 files.
