Want to organize your chats or send a broadcast to multiple people? Start by importing your contact list into Wazy. You canupload a CSV file and add everyone to a specific tab in just a few steps.

How to Import Contacts

1. Look for the import icon found above the chat list.

   

2. Upload a CSV file of contact numbers with the format of country code + WhatsApp number. You may download a sample CSV file for best practices found in the pop-up itself.

   

3. Once you've uploaded the file, select which tab to import the contacts to.

   

4. Click on Import it to finalize.

   

Important - Make sure the phone numbers in your CSV file are saved in plain text format.

• Wazy only supports importing phone numbers. Contact names from WhatsApp will not be imported.

Reminder Uploading too many chats at once may go against WhatsApp’s rules and could lead to your account being restricted or banned. Please proceed with caution.
